I know what it’s like
I started dancing pro-am American Rhythm on a whim at age 40 — and like so many adult dancers, I got hooked fast.
At the time, I was a practicing life coach so I had a lot of mental and emotional tools at my disposal to manage myself…and boy did I need managing!
Our dance coaches are SO GOOD at what they do and many can handle the mental and emotional ups and downs that come with ballroom. But also…it’s a whole different ball game when you are dealing with comparison, self doubt and crippling anxiety as a whole grown-a$$ adult!
I started helping my fellow dancers with my life coaching tools and Ballroom State of Mind was born. After helping hundreds of adult dancers, I know what works and where to spend your time and effort. After all, we want to maximize our time and money invested and not waste it where it doesn’t matter.
So in Ballroom State of Mind we don’t focus on extensive courses for you to take. There is not a giant library you have to keep up on. There is just real, hands-on, custom help just for you…immediately.

When you sign up, you get six private sessions to use in the first three months, plus free access to the group coaching community. Every month in the Ballroom State of Mind Group Coaching Program, you get at least one group coaching call plus a monthly workshop on topics tailored for ballroom dancers like you!

Frequently Asked Questions
I’m new but can I just start in the group?
The good news is you get the group WITH your initial package! Starting with the first 6 private sessions ensures that all people in the group are on the same page and can make the best use of the group format going forward. Don’t worry! You’ll love both!
What if I want to be anonymous?
On the live coaching calls, you have the ability to turn off your camera and change your name to remain anonymous should you want to talk about anything sensitive. Anyone found not keeping coaching calls/members private outside the group will be removed. In the group platform and community, the information you decide to input will be visible.
When are the group coaching calls and workshops?
Monthly call days and times vary somewhat to be sure people can attend! But replays are always available and lots of second-hand coaching happens when watching the replays. Everyone has ample opportunity to get personal help!
What if I want to cancel?
Canceling is easy. You can cancel right on the platform which is super easy. When you leave, you miss out on so much, and you will no longer be grandfathered in at the initial price. You risk rejoining at whatever rate is going at the time. You’ll love being a part of the community so I have no doubt you will find it’s worth the cost to keep!
