Some of us are freaking out.

Some of us are worried about not having what we will need.

Some of us are thinking, “I’ll figure it out.”

Some of us are worried about being quarantined with our kids for an extended period of time.

Some of us are realizing our families/communities could really use a time out for some togetherness.

Some of us are binge-researching about the virus and the circumstances and feeding our fears.

Some of us are trying to block it all out.

None of it is wrong. Everyone processes and handles this in their own way. The question is…

Are you REACTING from fear, or intentionally choosing how to RESPOND?

What stories will you tell from this period?
