My life is just the best thing ever!

How do you talk about your life?

When someone asks you:

“What are you up to?”

“What’s new?”

“How is everything going?”

What do you say? How do you say it?

“Nothing much.”

“Nothing.”

“Fine.”

What if I told you this matters a lot?

What if I told you your answer would determine your future?
What we think about, we create. Over and over again.

Try talking about your life from positivity. Try-on excitement.

Even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.

I have a friend that always talks about her life as if it is the best thing ever.
Any choice she makes-house, job, activities, vacations…she talks about them like they are amazing. Even when they seem like a mistake or a bad choice to me.

She creates that excitement over and over again.

If you want your life to be great, YOU have to bring the great.

If you want your life to be exciting, YOU have to bring the excitement.

If you want more gratitude in your life, YOU need to bring the gratitude.

Life might just happen to give you what you want, but it’s not likely.

We think something will happen, we will reach some future point, and THEN we will have what we want, and THEN we will feel what it is we want to. But that’s backwards.

Feel the way you want to ahead of time, and then live into it. There’s no need to wait. Create your ideal life in your mind, live from it now, and you can’t help but make your way there.

Now, flip the script and talk about your life like it is the best thing ever!

That’s way better than, “fine.”

It’s time to

Level Up!

Isn’t it time you took your dancing to the next level? Your head is what’s in the way and I can help. The fastest way to overcome your head drama is to schedule a strategy call.
